We may contact you by phone to confirm your order details before dispatch when necessary.

Delivery Across Pakistan

We offer delivery across Pakistan through Leopards Courier.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances that may affect transportation.

Any delivery timeframe provided by unifls is an estimated timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is dispatched.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order details, or applicable promotions.

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

For COD orders, the total order amount must be paid to the Leopards Courier representative at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • City

  • Active phone number

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we work to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, road closures, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

unifls is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If Leopards Courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer cannot be reached, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the parcel to us according to its procedures.

Repeated failed deliveries may affect our ability to accept future orders from the same customer.
