At unifls, we carefully prepare and check orders before dispatch to ensure customers receive the products they ordered.

No Returns

All purchases made through unifls.pk are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

Please carefully review the product details, description, images, size, color, and other available information before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for products that a customer simply does not want, changes their mind about, or ordered incorrectly.

If an order is confirmed by unifls to have an issue such as receiving the wrong product or an item that arrived damaged, any refund or replacement will be considered after verification.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details above.
